THE FALL 2019 OUTDOOR YOGA SERIES IN PROSPECT PARK

The Fall Outdoor Yoga Series will focus on key areas of the body to help build and improve overall flexibility and strength, while relieving tension and stress through a formula of fluid movement, static poses and breath work. Drop-in for a single class or sign up for the whole series!
Every week will feature a new area of focus!
Week 1: Yoga for Flexibility
Week 2: Yoga for Shoulders, Neck and Upper Back
Week 3: Yoga for Core Strength
Week 4: Yoga for Hips & Lower Back
Week 5: Yoga for Knee Strength & Stability
Week 6: Yoga Spine work for Posture, Tension & Stress

Wear comfy layers and bring a water bottle. Bring Your Own Mat.
Location: Meet Up & Check-In will begin at 8:45pm at the Bartel-Pritchard Square entrance. Class begins at 9AM.
MTA: Take the G or F train to 15th Street - Prospect Park.
